Rocket Software is excited to announce the latest updates to the Rocket Product Documentation Portal.
Our updated Documentation Portal offers a user-friendly, web-based search portal. Available 24/7, you’re sure to find answers about Rocket Software products and capabilities. You can search for specific information and filter by product, content type, and keywords, making it easy to find exactly what you need. Initially, you’ll notice some product documentation is available as HTML topics and others in PDF - all searchable. Over time, we will convert all content to HTML for more a better user experience.
When you visit the new documentation portal, you’ll have the option of setting up an account, which we recommend for customizing your search experiences. Once you create an account, you can set search preferences so the most relevant content is prioritized in your searches. For instance, if you’re only using one product, you’ll get results related to that product coming up first in future searches. You can also easily change or turn off preferences if you need to. You can also “watch” a certain topic and receive email updates when we update related content for example. The portal also features a “collections” tool which allows you to save content to your personal library so you can easily return to information that you use frequently and share collections with colleagues. Since all the content is public, you can share a link directly to any relevant resource or collection for more effective collaboration.
If you need to access older documentation, it’s available on Rocket Business Connect (RBC) in the Product Availability Matrix (PAM).
