Fujitsu Australia Selects Rocket Software as Application Modernization Partner

Newton, Mass., May 19, 2010 — Rocket Software (www.rocketsoftware.com) announced that they have been selected by Fujitsu Australia to provide application modernization solutions for customers with mainframe applications and entrenched business applications on other platforms.

The New South Wales Police Force uses their mainframe-based Computerized Operational Policing System (COPS) application as a mission-critical tool in their day-to-day law enforcement and safety operations. They are using Rocket’s LegaSuite to enhance their existing mainframe application with a more efficient, user-friendly graphical interface to improve the usability of the application and bring multiple screens seamlessly together in one single view.
